8. They will appear to the “kings of the earth” and religious leaders to speak and enforce legislation compelling the inhabitants of earth to worship (obey) the beast in the place of God by receiving its mark. (Rev 16:13-14, 13:12, 15-17)
9. The objective of all these lies and efforts is to gather the world into rebellion against God. (Rev 16:14)
